Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willingness to participate in research older 18 years Literacy No acute mental disorder such as psychosis, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia as approved by your doctor. Being married and having sex methadone user for at least 6 monthes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients are reluctant to continue the study for any reason. History of violet or almond allergy
