Stiffness is defined as an inadequate range of motion (ROM) that results in functional limitations in activities of daily living. Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Post-operative knee stiffness (patients with 1-3 month stiffness).• Both male and female , age 30-60 years.• Willing to participate in research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pre-operative knee stiffness• Severe cardiopulmonary disease• Patients undergoing chemotherapy• Any traumatic injury/ Acute inflammatory muscular pathology• TKR & hip pathology and replacement• Meniscal tear
