Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria:1. Patients who have congestive heart failure with a definitive diagnosis of congestive heart failure have been approved by a cardiologist and have a medical record and are hospitalized in Shahid Chamran Research and Training Hospital.....) 2. Patients who are interested in participating in the study 3. Patients who are able to communicate and speak and understand Persian .4. Have not previously participated in training sessions (any other research in the field of relevant study) 5. The psychological problems being treated do not have to be confirmed using the patient's file and the statements of the patient and the patient's family members 6. One of his family members is able to attend training sessions 7. Age of patients over 18 years (according to clinical documentation 8. Do not have psychiatric disorders that lead to medication 9. Heart discharge fraction 40% or less

MeasureTime frame
Self-care ability and adaptation. Timepoint: Before starting, immediately and 3 months after the study. Method of measurement: Demographic Components Questionnaire includes characteristics of gender, age, marital status, occupation, education. The highest score obtained in this tool is 172, which indicates the highest degree of self-care.
