Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Minimum cycle education Consent to participate in research Getting lower than average in self-compassion, emotion regulation and efficient problem-solving questionnaires and higher than average in impulsivity and dysfunctional problem-solving questionnaires Do not take the drug at the same time for another disorder

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Receiving concomitant psychological therapies Absence of more than two sessions in the desired trainings
