Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Ages 18 to 70 First surgical experience Lack of family relationship with other participants in the study No family history of Thyroidectomy Not be part of the medical staff Lack of speech and hearing problems No dementia and cognitive impairment Do not take medications that reduce or increase Cortisol (such as Corticosteroids, Anticonvulsants, Insulin)
