Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age between 18 to 80 elective gynecologic and gyneco_oncologic surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of gastric reflux or antacid intake diabetes mellitus or gastric paresis BMI over 30 pregnancy diaphragmatic hernia gasteroesophageal obstruction chronic constipation or history of it emergency surgery organ failure History of alcohol or drug use Existence of language barrier or mental problem

MeasureTime frame
NPO time. Timepoint: postoperative outcomes AFTER 6 12 24 hours. Method of measurement: visual analogue scale (VAS).
