Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Confirmed diagnosis of pes anserine bursitis Age between 40 to 70 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any acute arthritis in the knee joint needing any treatment Age below 40 years and above 70 years Active lumbosacral radiculopathy Polyneuropathy Rheumatoloid arthritis Any contraindication for LASER therapy History of any injection about the pes anserine insertion region in the last 3 months
