Inclusion criteria: An age range of 14-15 years Students’ verbal assent A written informed consent from the students’ parents
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Missed more than one learning session Filling out the questionnaires incompletely No history of menstruation Had not passed at least one year since her menarche
