Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Non-professional athlete women with patellofemoral syndrome Positive Clark test result Positive 9090 test result Normal body mass index (18/5-25) Age 18-35 years old Pain between 3-6 according to visual analogue scale Score less than 85 in kujalla questioner Score between 5-6 in tegner questioner

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of any lasting orthopedic or neurological injury in the lower limbs and spine The difference in the actual length of the lower body be more than 1/5 centimeters Significant congenital malformation in the lower limbs Pain during tests Pregnancy History of receiving any treatment for patellofemoral pain syndrome in the last 6 months
