Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged 1 to 7 years American society anesthesia 1, 2 Candidate for inguinal hernia surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Difficult airway patients Cardiac and pulmonary patients History of seizure, ADHD(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) and any psychological disorder

MeasureTime frame
Parents separation anxiety. Timepoint: When entrance to operating room. Method of measurement: Qualitative scaling: calm or anxious.;Preoperative sedation. Timepoint: Before anesthesia induction. Method of measurement: Ramsy sedation scoring.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Recovery length time. Timepoint: After termination of surgery. Method of measurement: Recovery length time in minute.;Recovery nurse satisfaction. Timepoint: After patient's recovery. Method of measurement: RN(registered nurses) satisfaction scoring (4 level).
