Intervention 1: Intervention group: The administration of herbal product based on barley seeds (Hordeum vulgare) with a dose of 15 g in 2 doses starts from the second week after the start of radiother

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Prostate cancer and the need for pelvic radiotherapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: known case of IBD known case of Sever Cognitive impairment disorder have history of psychotic disorder known case of CHF, CKD or hepatic cirrhosis

Measure	Time frame
Proctitis grade based on EORTC/RTOG Radiation Grading System Criteria. Timepoint: each week during four weeks. Method of measurement: 5-point scoring by EORTC/RTOG Radiation Grading System Criteria.	—
