Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 15-18 BMI equal to or greater than 85th percentile Informed consent Access to internet and social networks (via mobile phone, computer, etc.)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Simultaneous or previous participation (in the last six months) in other intervention and weight control programs Health condition or taking certain medications that can lead to obesity or overweight Diet prescribed by a specialist (in the last six months)

Weight Efficacy Lifestyle. Timepoint: At the beginning of study and 1, 2 and 3 month from the beginning. Method of measurement: Weight Efficacy Lifestyle Questionnaire.

Secondary

Body Mass Index. Timepoint: At the beginning of study and 1, 2 and 3 month from the beginning. Method of measurement: field measurement (by using body weight scales and meters).
