21 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with an endotracheal tube connected to a mechanical ventilator after 24 h of intubation The patient has no symptoms of pneumonia before the intervention No use of immunosuppressive drugs No severe respiratory failure, adult respiratory distress syndrome, or immunodeficiency No severe septal deviation and nasal polyps The patient does not have sinusitis The patient dose not have high intracranial pressure No simultaneous participation of samples in another study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Dissatisfaction of patient companions for patient participation in the study The patient has symptoms of pneumonia before the intervention

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Ventilator -associated pneumonia. Timepoint: The second day and the fifth day after the intervention. Method of measurement: modified clinical pulmonary infection score.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Adjusted pulmonary infection score. Timepoint: 1 and 5 days after the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: modified clinical pulmonary infection score.
