Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age between 60 and 80 years A score less than 45 in the Berg Balance Scale test indicates the risk of falling to the ground Standing and walking without using aids Proficiency in Farsi language of the participants
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Epilepsy Sensitivity to light Neurological, musculoskeletal or orthopedic problems that are taking medication or treatment Cognitive problems with the Montreal cognitive assessment: mild cognitive disorder has a maximum score of 30, and lower scores indicate poorer performance Inability to make auditory communication Dizziness Use of prescription glasses

| Postural control with eyes open and closed in tandem standing position and narrow standing position. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the study) and after the completion of the intervention and 4 weeks after the study. Method of measurement: The way to measure the outcome variables of postural control is by using force plate.;Walking speed on a 10-meter path at a desired speed. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the study) and after the completion of the intervention and 4 weeks after the study. Method of measurement: The way to measure the walking speed variable is by using a stopwatch.;Physical performance will be measured with reactive balance index by pushing and releasing test, active balance index by functional forward reach test, power index by 5 times sit to stand test, and mobility and fall risk index by timed up and go test. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the study) and after the completion of the intervention and 4 weeks after the study. Method of measurement: The method of measuring physical performance variables is functional tests. In this way, to measure the reactive balance we will use the push and release test, and to measure the active balance we will use the functional reaching forward test, and to measure the power we will use the 5-time sit to stand test, and to measure the mobility and the risk of falling, we will use the timed up and go test. | — |
