Inclusion criteria: Men eligible for posterior urethroplasty whom visited at Urology clinic, Imam Reza hospital, Tabriz

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Abscence of erectile dysfunction at presentation, or anytime during study Physical inability to perform sexual intercourse
