Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Unstable femoral neck fractures in which close reduction is not applicable Type 2, 3 in pauwels classification

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Possibility of close reduction, Type 1 in pauwels classification

Union. Timepoint: 2 weeks , 6weeks, 12 weeks, 6 months. Method of measurement: Pelvic x-ray, History and physical examination.
