Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Alterations of serum albumin levels among patients with steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome. Timepoint: Before and after starting plasmapheresis. Method of measurement: Bromcresol Purple (BCP) assay.;Proteinuria alterations among patients with steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome. Timepoint: Before and after starting plasmapheresis. Method of measurement: Measurement of urine protein to creatinine ratio (UPCR) in morning urine samples.;EGFR alterations among patients with steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome. Timepoint: Before and after starting plasmapheresis. Method of measurement: Via CKD-EPI (Chronic Kidney Disease Epidemiology Collaboration) formula.
