Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with NSTEMI are defined by the World Health Organization by having all three of the following:1- The typical chest pain that lasts more than 20 minutes 2- Failure to raise the ST segment in two adjacent leads 3- Positive cardiac biomarkers such as troponin I or T or CPK-MB 2) Age range from 18 to 85 years 3) Not defining unstable angina and acute myocardial infarction with ST segment ascent for patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous intake of Q10 or other anti-inflammatory drugs during the last month, cardiogenic shock, pulmonary edema level 3 and 4, ventricular arrhythmia including ventricular tachycardia and ventricular fibrillation and atrial fibrillation before the intervention, the existence of AV or SA node block before the intervention or any major complications before the intervention.

MeasureTime frame
Troponin - Cardiac Arrhythmia - Echocardiography Evidence. Timepoint: Before the intervention and 24 hours later for troponin and arrhythma at the time of hospitalization. Method of measurement: hs-troponin Kit and arrythmia based on ecg and hospital monitoring.
