Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: candidated for open heart surgery pulmonary pressure more than 40 mmhg 20 years <age <70 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal redo surgery COPD Kindey or Hepatic Failure LVEF25mmhg
