Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: At the time of the patient's visit, less than 48 hours have passed since the onset of the Aphtus Age >12 Having characteristics of minor aphtus Patient's consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: systemic disorder like diabetes mellitus, consuming drugs that affect healing process Aphtus like lesion such as behcet's syndrome, Cyclic neutropenia, Crohn's disease, ,Ulcerative colitis, AIDS pregnancy and breastfeeding Having immunosuppressive medication Previous drugs treatment for aphtus Smoking or recent cessation Oral cancer

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Pain rate based on VAS, lesion size, duration of clinical recovery, number of recurrences, duration of pain relief. Timepoint: Immediately before and after treatment and then every other day. Method of measurement: Pain intensity based on VAS, lesion size in millimeters.
