18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Be aged 18-35. Be in their first pregnancy. Be 24-26 weeks gestational age at the time of study entry. Be literate. Be willing to participate in the study. Be able to speak Persian. Be able to score 56 or higher on the body exposure during sexual activities questionnaire (BESAQ). Be able to score 11.5 or higher on the female sexual distress scale (FSDS-R).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Be a history of infertility. Be suffering from mental illnesses diagnosed based on the records available in comprehensive health centers. Be suffering from chronic medical illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, thyroid, liver, heart diseases, etc., according to the records. Be suffering from pregnancy complications such as bleeding, placenta previa, diabetes, preeclampsia, thyroid diseases, threat of preterm labor, etc., according to the records. An adverse event occurred within the last month.
