Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: At least one year has passed since the last menstrual period. Less than 10 years have passed since menopause. Be literate. Not have premature menopause (before the age of 40). Score less than 121 on the Resilience Questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having diagnosed mental illnesses based on records available in comprehensive health centers. Having a history of chronic systemic diseases such as high blood pressure, kidney failure, diabetes based on records available in comprehensive health centers. Having a history of hysterectomy or oophorectomy. Using hormonal drugs and other drugs that affect endocrine function.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Resilience scores. Timepoint: Before the intervention and 3 weeks after the end of the intervention sessions. Method of measurement: Resilience Scale 25 (RS25).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Quality of life. Timepoint: Before the intervention and 3 weeks after the end of the intervention sessions. Method of measurement: The Menopause-Specific Quality of Life (MENQOL) Questionnaire.
