Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 25-55 years Patients of both Genders. Presenting with complaint of non-specific neck pain Limitation of Cervical Spine Range of Motion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with red flag sign. Patients with cervical injury. Patients with radiating pain. Patients with advanced degenerative changes. Patients with headache and vertigo. Patients with any Systemic Illness(e.g. Rheumatism) Patient with altered Mental status
