Volleyball induced injury. Injury, poisoning and certain other consequences of external causes(S00-T98)

Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: will perform the volleyveillig program systematically all through the volleyball season. The intervention is divided into 6 phases, each lasting 5 to 6 weeks (accor
for instance, straight plank), exercises principally designed to the prevention of knee injuries (4 to 5 min
for instance, squat), and exercises principally designed to the prevention of shoulder injuries (4 to 5 min
for instance, external rotation strength with resistance elastic). Intervention 2: Control group: participants will keep their routine warm up protocol.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Team registered as an officially volleyball club in league I national volleyball federation. Team did not use any injury prevention exercise program regularly in the last year. Team will schedule =3 team training sessions per week during the season. And the participant volleyball player understand the Farsi language. It will be having an email address. The age range between 17-30 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Team with most of their players outside the age range. Teams were excluded from the study if they used an exercise-based injury prevention method other than volleyveilig regularly during the season.

Volleyball induced musculoskeletal injury. Timepoint: Injury registration will be recorded all through the volleyball season. Method of measurement: IOC sport injury registration form.;The Y balance test. Timepoint: Pre-test and Post-test. Method of measurement: The Y balance test using the kit appropriate for this test.

Functional movement screening test. Timepoint: Pre and post test- at before and after the volleyball season. Method of measurement: the FMS instrumental kit.
