Inclusion criteria: Children with cyanotic breath holding spells diagnosed by neurologist Children who have informed consent filling by their parents

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children using corticosteroid drugs Children with underlying disease such as cyanotic heart disease Children with iron deficiency anemia
