Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: More than 18y s old Hemodialysis more than twice in week for 3 month Negative history of allergy to l carnitine and omega 3
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with requirement use of supplementation that intervention with lcarnitine or omega 3 Inpredictable drug complication Patients do not cooperative Patients with kidney transplantation plan Patients can not continue study
