Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with major depression with suicidal ideation Dysthymic patients with suicidal ideation Patients with double depression with suicidal ideation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Metal objects in the skull Pregnant lady History of convulsions Received an electric shock in a recent month Psychotic depression Postpartum Depression Addiction Mentally retarded Borderline personality disorder Dementia Use of bupropion and methylphenidate
