Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children referring to clinics and government centers and private offices of pediatric dentists Children need dental treatment for deciduous molars on both sides of the mandible Children without systemic or mental problems Children whose parents consent to participate in the study Children did not have clown phobias

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to continue treatment while studying for any reason

MeasureTime frame
Anxiety. Timepoint: Before and after anesthesia injection in each of the first and second sessions of treatment (4 times in total). Method of measurement: Using the Venham Picture Test.;Pain. Timepoint: Before and after anesthesia injection in each of the first and second sessions of treatment (4 times in total). Method of measurement: Using Visual Analogue Scale (between 0 and 10).
