Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Be Azari-speaking people. Experience at least three recurrent implantation failures following IVF/ICSI. Do not have any type of immunotherapy in their medical history.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients under 18 years old and over 41 years old Patients who themselves or their spouses have abnormal karyotype or genetic and chromosomal disorders. Patients with coagulation disorders Patients who have an underlying chronic disease and have to take special drugs. Patients whose HIV, HCV or HBV test results are positive. Patients who have a history of asthma and allergy to certain drugs. Patients with intrauterine anomalies.

| Successful implantation and pregnancy. Timepoint: The time of examining the individual in terms of success in implantation and pregnancy 5 months and 1 week after the start of the intervention (3 months of lymphocyte therapy and the use of probiotics + 1 month after the embryo transfer process + 5 weeks after ultrasound examination to see the gestational sac). Method of measurement: Performing an ultrasound to check the presence or absence of a gestational sac.;Increased polarization of endometrial tissue macrophages from M1 (inflammatory) to M2 (anti-inflammatory). Timepoint: After lymphocyte therapy and antibiotic therapy and before embryo transfer (3 months after the start of the intervention from time 0).
