16 Years to 25 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age range 16 to 25 years History of up to three training sessions per week in volleyball, basketball and handball Have no history of ligament damage or fractures in the knee and ankle bones Absence of lower limb abnormalities (visible in visual assessment) Have no history of ACL or meniscus injury or surgery General health of the subjects
