Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age over 45 years with dyspepsia Age less than 45 years with dyspepsia along with other risk factors Treated resistant dyspepsia History of gastric ulcer History of MALT on a pathology study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Negative results for urease testing of tissue samples unwillingness to participate in the study lack of access to complete information from the file Patient's unwillingness to undergo relevant tests patient's lack of access to medication contraindications for upper gastrointestinal endoscopy sensitivity to tinidazole and amoxicillin and bismuth and pantoprazole or atorvastatin risk factor for endoscopy leading to cardiovascular disease history of surgery Gastrointestinal or gastrointestinal cancers people banned from taking atorvastatin (such as pregnancy and lactation, liver failure and myopathies)
