Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Conscious satisfaction with conducting research The subject is a staff member of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences in 2022, Failure to receive individual or group psychotherapy by a psychologist or psychiatrist in the last six months Do not use psychiatric drugs
