Inclusion criteria: Having psychiatric health (no psychiatric disorder) based on the initial interview Be a student of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences Be a resident of the dormitory at Mashhad University of Medical Sciences

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The person is taking drugs or abusing drugs The person has a psychiatric disorder Graduated from the University of Medical Sciences

Psychological well-being. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and immediately after the end of the training sessions. Method of measurement: Psychological well-being scale (short form):.;Resilience. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and immediately after the end of the training sessions. Method of measurement: Connor and Davidson water hydration questionnaire.;Quality of Life. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and immediately after the end of the training sessions.
