Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 25 and 65 years It has been 3 months since the coronary artery transplant Stability of hemodynamic status at the time of starting the rehabilitation program Ability to walk without assistance No known mental disorder resident of Zahedan

Functional performance is checked using the distance traveled test in 6 minutes. Timepoint: It is before the start of the intervention and eight weeks after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: There are several tests aimed at evaluating sports performance capacity. But the 6MWT test (6 Minute Walk Test), which expresses the amount of distance traveled in a minute due to the ease of its implementation process, is better tolerated and reflects physical activities more than other tests. This test is a simple practical test that requires a corridor of approximately 30 meters and does not require any training equipment or special training for the person performing the test. In this test, it measures the distance the patient walks on a smooth and firm surface in 6 minutes. The 6-minute walking test measures functional capacity by adjusting the speed automatically. The test is performed in an enclosed space along a straight and smooth corridor. Its length should be about 30 meters. The length of the corridor is measured and marked every three meters. The turning and starting points of the coat are marked. The patient sits in a chair near the starting line for ten minutes to rest before the start. The patient's blood pressure and pulse are measured and recorded. G&G stopwatch made in China will be used to measure the time in the walking test. To evaluate the lap, the stopwatch is set to zero and the timer is set to 6 minutes. The purpose of this test is to walk as far as possible for 6 minutes. The patient will walk along the corridor. The maximum walking time is 6 minutes. He may be short of breath and tired, so the patient is allowed to slow down and stop, rest if necessary, or lean against the wall, but should resume walking as soon as possible. After 6 minutes, walking is stopped and the distance traveled by the patient is measured.;The score that the patient gets from the physical activity quick assessment questionnaire in a range between zero and nine.
