Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age range of 18 to 80 years, Capacity for signing the written informed consent Diagnosis of idiopathic Parkinson's disease based on the diagnostic criteria of the Brain Bank of Britain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women who have been pregnant or lactating for the past 6 months Patients with a history of kidney stones over the past 5 years Postmenopausal women with irregular menstruation and unwillingness to use appropriate contraceptive tools Incidence of attack during the trial

The Gastrointestinal Symptom Rating Scale (GSRS). Timepoint: Beginning of study and week 12. Method of measurement: questionnaire.;Beck anxiety inventory. Timepoint: Beginning of study and week 12.
