Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Completion and signing of informed written consent by the subject. Age between 45-60 years. More than a year has passed since the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes. Hemoglobin A1C should not be more than 8%. Fasting sugar should not exceed 135 mg / dL

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Existence of severe physical diseases caused by diabetes such as kidney failure, vision and .. Receiving psychological therapies during the last 3 months Take any sedatives or neuroleptics Increase in diabetes-related medications abuse of drugs and psychotropic drugs
