Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 7-15 years old children Height and weight within the World Health Organization standard range Knee hyperextension of more than 5 to 20 degrees 4< Beighton Scale Score Absence of neurological and musculoskeletal problems and other underlying diseases Not using any orthotic treatment or exercise therapy in the last year No length difference in the lower limbs Consent to participate in the study based on the National ethical principles guideline in research on children

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Withdrawal from participation in the study Non-adherence to the treatment plan Fractures or injuries that interfere with the treatment plan

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Angles of hip, knee and ankle joints in the sagittal plane during standing and walking. Timepoint: Assessment at the beginning of the study, and two months later. Method of measurement: goniometer, Kinovea software.;Muscle strength. Timepoint: at the beginning of the study and two months later. Method of measurement: dynamometer.;Pain. Timepoint: at the beginning of the study and two months later. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue Scale (VAS).

Activity level. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study and two months later. Method of measurement: Persian Version of the Physical activity Questionnaire for young children.;Acceptance. Method of measurement: Persian version of the Orthotics Prosthetics User Survey (OPUS).
