Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women with epithelial ovarian cancer whom underwent optimal surgery Individuals candidated for post-surgery chemotherapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Past medical history including renal,liver or hematological diseases Past medical history of chemotherapy or radiotherapy

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Incidence and severity of gastrointestinal side effects including nausea and vomiting. Timepoint: at the beginning and the end of the treatment. Method of measurement: using VAS, liver function test, white blood cell count, creatinine, and the amount of ca125 tumor marker.
