Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patient have not any systemic diseases The patient has no history of drug The patient has no history of periodontal disease The patient need Bilateral extraction of Mesio angular wisdom teeth surgery class A
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who doe not care oral hygiene regularly Patients with bilateral mesioangular wisdom teeth class B, C, 2,3
