Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infertility due to palpable varicocele grade 2 and 3 Weight between 50 to 100 kg Being married

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Absence of azoospermia Diabetes mellitus Hormonal diseases Smoking and addiction Daily use of multivitamins Urinary and genital infections History of gastric ulcer History of allergies and reactions to vitamins E Testicular atrophy

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Variables in the spermogram include semen volume, sperm count, and sperm motility. Timepoint: Before the intervention and 3 months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Using spermogram parameters and comparison with the amount recommended by the World Health Organization.
