Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age range 18 years and older Diagnosis of heart failure by a cardiologist Heart failure class I to III (according to the New York Heart Association classification)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participation in other educational programs Having a known physical or mental illness, such as the need for dialysis or severe mental illness (based on the patient's medical record)
