Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Coughing Cough duration less than 3 weeks Age 2 to 12 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having allergies or contraindications to dextromethorphan or coughstop syrup Existence of chronic conditions that require long-term pharmacological treatment. Fever Taking antibiotics Participate in other trials during the last 15 days
