Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having an electronic health record in the integrated health system (Sib) Having a child under 5 years old Have a computer, tablet or smart phone and get acquainted with working with it Internet access Literacy for reading and writing Willingness to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The child has incurable disease The mother has physical or mental health problems that affect her caring role The child is cared for full time by a person other than the mother.
