Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Not having a specific diet and regular exercise program in the past year Confirmation of a diagnosis of diabetes by an internal medicine doctor (people with high blood sugar above 126 mg) Body mass index from 24.99 upwards

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of other liver diseases (B and C hepatitis) Surgical treatment of obesity or severe weight loss Presence of any other chronic disease or skeletal disorders Presence of Other disorders such as autoimmune hepatitis, Presence of joint disease Presence of coronary artery disease Presence of kidney failure disease Presence of hypothyroidism
