Inclusion criteria: Glascow score > 13 Pleural effusion , Hemothorax or Pneumothorax

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Drug addiction Opioid analgesics Trauma patients

MeasureTime frame
Intraoperative and postoperative pain in thoracostomy insertion. Timepoint: Evaluation of intraoperative pain and postoperative pain in 3 , 6 , 12 , 24 hour after thoracostomy tube insertion. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue Scale.
