Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age Range 50 to 60 Years Women with Postmenopausal Osteopenia to be Approved by a Specialist Weight in the Normal Range and With a Body Mass Index Between 18 and 25 According to the Criteria of the World Health Organization
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of Any Fractures or Surgery on the Lower Limbs and Spine Taking any Hormonal Medication During Treatment that Affects Bone Tissue Metabolism History of Hormone Therapy and Regular Exercise During the Last 6 Months and During the Study Period People With Joint Diseases Such as Osteoarthritis and Osteoarthritis of the Lower Extremities
