Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 80 years EF greater than 45% Normal renal function No chronic renal disease Written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Emergency surgery Receiving medications that affect urine volume (such as furosemide, hydrochlorothiazide) within 24 hours before surgery, during surgery, or within 24 hours after surgery Requirement for intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) or other mechanical support prior to surgery Severe underlying disease such as chronic liver and kidney failure or pulmonary disease Cardiopulmonary pump shutdown before perfusion
