Interventions

Intervention 1: First intervention group: In this group, extracorporeal circulation is established with the help of a cardiopulmonary pump device(Stöcker model, Germany) so that the mean arterial bloo

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Candidates for elective coronary artery bypass graft surgery Age range 25 to 75 years Having hypertension (Systolic Blood Presure/Diastolic Blood Presure: 140 / 90 mmHg) (without acute organ damage caused by high blood pressure) Eject fraction (EF) more than 40% No carotid artery occlusion (because it can be a contraindication to blood pressure reduction) Consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Serum creatinine. Timepoint: Before surgery, on the first, third and seventh days after surgery. Method of measurement: Paadco creatinine kit.;Estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate (eGFR ). Timepoint: Before surgery, on the first, third and seventh days after surgery. Method of measurement: Based on formula: [175 × Serum Cr ^(-1.154)] × [age ^ (-0.203) × 1.212].;Hemoglobin. Timepoint: Before surgery, on the first, third and seventh days after surgery. Method of measurement: Drabkin hemoglobin kit.;Hematocrit. Timepoint: Before surgery, on the first, third and seventh days after surgery. Method of measurement: Drabkin hematocrit kit.;Acute Kidney Injury. Timepoint: During cardiopulmonary bypass. Method of measurement: Based on the Kidney Disease Improving Global Outcomes (KDIGO) criteria.
