Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Non-emergent spinal canal stenosis and levels 1 to 3 fusion Older than 18 years, Stable systolic blood pressure less than 160 mmHg, stable diastolic blood pressure less than 90 mmHg Weight over 50 kg Consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of background diseases such as respiratory diseases, coagulation disorders, uncontrolled hypertension, and uncontrolled diabetes Need to emergency surgeries

Blood pressure. Timepoint: Before surgery, immediately after anesthesia and every 15 minutes until the end of surgery. Method of measurement: Monitoring device.;Heart rate.
