30 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The ages of premenopause (30-45 year) Body mass index (BMI) between 23 and 28 kg/m2 Parity of 0-3 Polyps less than 2.5 cm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Contraindication of receiving Oral contraceptive (OCP) Undertreatment with hormonal drugs over the last 8 weeks (before enrollment) Having uterine and adnexal diseases including cervical and endometrial cancers Having active cervicitis and pelvic infection Having diabetes or thyroid disease

MeasureTime frame
Endometrial thickness. Timepoint: Before taking the contraceptive DE and the day before surgery. Method of measurement: Transvaginal ultrasound.
